Exterior building curtain walls require care and service that
often go beyond simple cleaning maintenance. Over the years
caulking seams may revert and fail to prevent water intrusion,
metal mullions and panels can become oxidized and otherwise
deteriorate affecting their performance integrity and aesthetic
